Pricing is customized based on the size and complexity of your business, the number of accounts and transactions, and the level of support needed.
Monthly bookkeeping services typically start at $350/month for ongoing monthly support.
A smaller “micro bookkeeping” package is also available starting at $250/month for businesses with lower transaction volume that only require quarterly reporting and minimal ongoing support. This is determined after a review of your current bookkeeping, business activity, and overall support needs.
After a discovery call, you’ll receive a custom recommendation and quote based on the level of support that makes the most sense for your business.

-
Absolutely. Many clients come to Noted feeling behind or overwhelmed by their bookkeeping.
Catch-up and clean-up support is designed to bring your books back up to date in a clear, manageable, and judgment-free way.
Whether you’re a few months behind or dealing with years of cleanup work, the goal is always to create organized, reliable books and a smoother system moving forward.
-
Ongoing bookkeeping support works best when maintained consistently month after month. Because onboarding and learning the details of your business takes time, a 6-month minimum commitment is required for monthly bookkeeping services.
The goal is always to build a long-term working relationship that feels supportive, organized, and like the right fit for both sides.
Catch-up projects and one-time support services may be quoted separately depending on the scope of work.

Noted works primarily in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online is one of the most widely used bookkeeping platforms for small businesses and allows for streamlined collaboration, cloud-based access, and efficient ongoing support.
By specializing in one primary software, processes stay more consistent and organized, and clients can feel confident they’re working with someone who knows the platform inside and out.
Support with related apps and integrations is also available depending on your business needs.
-
Noted does not prepare personal or corporate tax returns.
However, your books are kept organized and ready for year-end filing, and support includes preparing financial reports and working alongside your accountant to help make tax season smoother and less stressful.
-
Absolutely — and many business owners do in the early stages of their business.
But bookkeeping takes ongoing time, consistency, and attention to detail. As your business grows, many owners find their time is better spent focusing on clients, operations, and growth rather than trying to stay on top of reconciliations, reporting, and deadlines.
For many business owners, the value of bookkeeping support isn’t just about data entry — it’s about having reliable numbers, organized systems, and more time to focus on running the business itself.
Good bookkeeping also helps reduce costly errors, missed deadlines, and last-minute stress at tax time.
-
Yes — bookkeeping is about more than simply recording transactions.
Clear, organized financial reporting helps you better understand how your business is performing, identify trends, improve cash flow awareness, and make more confident business decisions moving forward.
The goal is always to make your bookkeeping feel understandable and useful — not overly complicated or full of jargon.
-
Most clients simply provide access to their accounts, receipts, and any missing information needed for bookkeeping and reporting.
Clear systems, reminders, and ongoing communication are provided along the way so the process stays organized and manageable.
-
Yes — Noted works virtually with clients across Canada.
Most communication, document sharing, and bookkeeping support is handled online, making it easy to work together regardless of location.
